Phillip Copley got his start in politics right of college as a Field Director with the Republican Party of Pennsylvania in 2008, managing volunteer recruitment and outreach for the McCain-Palin campaign and several local races. At the end of the campaign, he decided to turn his hobby of programming into a career. After a brief internship, he was hired as the Assistant Director of IT for the largest legislative reporting and tracking service in Pennsylvania. In January of 2011, Phillip left and founded Capitol Data Systems, where he continues to serve an international base of political and apolitical clients.
